DotA 6.77c mostly has changes on Tranquil Boots and Living Armmor. DotA 6.77c also covers some changes like increased cooldown of Spiked Carapace, Marksmanship bonus is removed, Reduced Marksmanship enemy detection, and Heaven's Halberd's Disarm is no longer dispelled by Manta.          |

The most significant thing about this DotA ai, is the "heavy tweaks to the items system plus AI's having their own courier to bring them the goods. The new heroes got their AI too" PBMN said.
